Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

By inviting the Tokyo Bot to your server, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. You are responsible for informing the members of your Discord server about these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or adding the Tokyo Bot to your server.

1. Prohibited Usage

You are strictly prohibited from using the Tokyo Bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or for any illegal purposes.

2. Data Collection

User Data: Tokyo Bot stores users' unique identifiers (UUIDs) alongside statistics related to bot interaction, such as how many hugs you've received or given, or a user's in-bot cash balance. This data is stored so users can view their statistics through commands.

Command Usage: Tokyo Bot tracks the total number of times a command has been used in a server. No user-specific data or timestamps are stored with command usage. Only the command name and the total usage count per server are recorded.

3. Error Logging

When an error occurs or the bot crashes, the command that caused the crash is logged to help troubleshoot and resolve issues. This logging only includes the command and does not contain any user-specific data.

4. Data Retention

Guild data is retained as long as the bot remains in the server. If the bot is removed, guild statistics will be stored unless a deletion request is made.

5. User Rights

If you wish to delete your user data (e.g., statistics), you can contact us to request deletion. All data associated with your UUID will be permanently removed. Click here to get in contact.

6. Security

All data is stored securely in a protected database, with access restricted to authorized personnel only. We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
